Rail System Services Commentary
Rail systems have become the darlings of the public transit industry with new rail starts in cities that traditionally did not embrace public transit at all.
A few cities that have opened rail lines in the last few years are: St. Louis, Dallas and Portland (OR). Other cities that have had rail line and recently started construction on or opened new lines or extensions are Portland (OR), Denver, San Fransisco, Baltimore and St. Louis.
These few are not all the cities nor do they represent all the styles of rail services that are being operated at this time.
