Thread: Late pickups are like the bus not coming on time
When I schedule to go somewhere, I need to be there on time, not just sometime during the day. If I miss a medical appointment, there is no assurance that I will be able to reschedule at any time soon. If I need to be at work at 8:00 AM, that doesn't mean, 8:10 or 8:20, it means 8:00 AM. My boss doesn't care why I am late. I late and that is what matters.
